Hi all - this community has been very helpful to me.  I've been on Loestrin 24 since Oct 2007. My period always comes on the 4th placebo day and is incredibly light- usually some blood mixed with mucous for about 1 day. Yesterday around 4PM (4th placebo day), I noticed a lot of dried brown blood on my pad (I think it was), however there has been nothing there when I wipe. Can I assume this was my period? I take my pill at the same time everyday (except 30 min late one day) and we always use condoms. Thank you in advance for your help, I really appreciate it!

Hi all - I'm new to this board and am about to start taking Loestrin 24 Fe. I know that a lot of people get very light or non-existent periods on this pill. My question is for anyone that is or has taken this pill - what was the average length of your period before going on this pill and did that corrrelate to how short it became, or if it stopped altogether. I know everyone's body is different, but I do appreciate any feedback you can give me. Thanks!!
